- Every account gets a next step. Automated text and voice outreach, a self-service portal where consumers see their balance and pay, and scheduled payment plans that charge on their own.
- Stop rules live in code, not in the model. When a text mentions a dispute, an attorney, bankruptcy, a cease request, a death, or a wrong party, AI texting for that consumer pauses, the reason is logged, and the account goes to your staff review queue until someone resumes it. On a call, a consumer who asks for a person is transferred live to the extension or number you set.
- One platform you own. Hosting, data, queues, live call state, and AI models run on Cloudflare in your account. Failed work is retried and kept, not lost.
