Example workflows
- Tender intake. AI reads each tender or rate request, pulls out lanes, dates, and equipment, and creates a draft load for a dispatcher to accept.
- Document matching. Delivery documents are read and matched to the load and invoice, and exceptions are flagged before billing.
- Status questions. Customers get shipment status from your TMS data by email, chat, or phone, and anything unusual goes to a person.
