Nothing, unless you want more. You can stop with one live workflow and a plan. If you want to keep going, a build is $7,500 to $25,000 fixed per package of 2 to 5 workflows, and running it is from $2,500 a month. No lock-in.

One owner on your side, four 30-minute interviews with the people who do the work, read-only access to the systems in scope, and a 30-minute check-in each week.

Yes. Every action that sends, pays, files or deletes needs a named person on your team to approve it, and every run is logged.

The ones you already pay for where possible: Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OpenAI or Gemini. Your data is not used to train models.

You do. It runs in your accounts, under your licenses, and the code and configuration are handed over with a recorded walkthrough so your team can run it.

Only the systems in scope, read-only wherever possible. You get a written data handling summary on day 1, and our access and copies are removed at handover.

Yes. We complete W-9 and vendor setup, and sign your NDA or our mutual NDA. Ask about a certificate of insurance on the fit call and we will confirm what we carry.

We scope the work around regulated data where we can. If your workflow needs a business associate agreement, raise it on the fit call and we will tell you before you pay whether we can sign one.

We agree the kickoff date with you before you pay, and the two weeks start on that day.

Yes. We work remotely with firms across the US, and on-site in the Phoenix area.
