- Days 2 to 3Interviews. Four 30-minute interviews with the people who do the work. We watch the real steps, pull volumes and handling times from your own systems, and list every repeat job.
- Day 4Scoring. Every repeat job is scored for hours saved, risk and effort to build. The top 5 are ranked with the numbers behind them.
- Day 5Readout and pick. A 30-minute readout. You pick the one workflow to build from the shortlist, and we confirm the approval step and the before measure.
- Days 6 to 8Build in your stack. We build the workflow in your accounts with the tools you already pay for. Every action that sends, pays, files or deletes waits for a named person to approve it, and every run is logged.
- Day 9Run it on real work. The workflow runs on real work beside your team. We measure the after against the before: time per item, rework and exceptions.
- Day 10Readout, handover, plan. A readout with your decision makers, a recorded handover so your team can run it, the one-page AI use and data policy, and a fixed-price build plan with a 90-day roadmap.

What happens after the assessment?
Nothing, unless you want more. You can stop with one live workflow and a plan. If you want to keep going, a build is $7,500 to $25,000 fixed per package of 2 to 5 workflows, and running it is from $2,500 a month. No lock-in.
